Due to continued expansion and growth the business is looking to hire calibre consultants with a minimum of 1 year’s external recruitment experience to play an integral part in the company’s development, it is envisaged that appropriate candidates will have the requite skills and potential to become senior members of the business in the medium term.  Bridgewater believes in innovation and a thinking “smart” approach to the services it provides, allowing consultants to adapt to the needs of each client and each resourcing need. It is likely that the role of consultant at Bridgewater will suit an individual who has gained recruitment experience, enjoys the role but feels restricted by the “one dimensional” approach often adopted by many alternative recruitment businesses                     

Age, experience, background is flexible but potential candidates must be able to communicate effectively and have a reasonable academic background, key qualities must include:   

Commercially aware

Previous recruiter to client recruitment experience, coupled with natural sales ability 

Have an “eye for a deal”

Committed 

Self motivated, prepared to give required effort in order to produce success
