Their rail division in involved in station and depotconstruction, civil engineering works, platform extensions, rail structures, road, rail and footbridge works and construction and civil engineering works in relation to pway and embankments. The organisation is one of the most rapidly expanding companies in the UK and has a unique opportunity for an individual with significant expertise in civil engineering and construction within the rail sector to play a part in company’s further growth and forward movement. 

The suitable candidate will  successfully deliver a number of rail projects in the areas of civil engineering and construction relating to platform extensions, depot construction, specialist rail structures, road, rail and footbridge works  and will be responsible for the overall management of the construction process from initial project remit and award to completion and hand back, involved in tendering activities, design, commercial, planning, health and safety and overall operational activities.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years experience, the majority being in the rail sector coupled with a relevant formal qualification (degree or equivalent) with a track record of successful delivery of relevant rail projects.
